The cooperation agreement with University of Rome Tor Vergata is finally signed

On March 6-8 the Russian delegation headed by Prof. I. V. Rechetov, director of Plastic Surgery Institute under Sechenov First MSMU visited University of Rome Tor Vergata.
During the event the Russian party had a meeting with Prof. Paolo Di Nardo, head of Cellular and Molecular Cardiology the Laboratory, who also was among founders of the FMSMU-based Centre for Regenerative Medicine (ICRM subsidiary) established in February 2016. The Centre is affiliated with Canadian-Italian Laboratory of Tissue Engineering (CITEL, St. Boniface General Hospital, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada), Japanese-Italian laboratory of tissue engineering (JITEL, Tokyo, Japan) and bimolecular Research Center of University of Central Florida (Biomolecular Science Centre, University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida, USA). The Centre also intensifies cooperation in terms of regenerative medicine with leading research organizations in Great Britain (Manchester Centre for Digital Fabrication, Manchester University, UK), India and France.
The crucial point of the meeting was the matter of would-be joining the ICRM projects participation, including the EU programs subcontractor roles, organization of professional training in the universities participating the ICRM. The draft agreement on cooperation and educational exchange between FMSMU (Plastic Surgery Institute) and University of Rome Tor Vergata was inevitably approved.
